Savana is a certified Kinesiotape Practitioner who uses this latex free, hypo-allergenic cotton and elastic tape to enhance her therapeutic massage sessions. Kinesiotape can be used for a variety of reasons including to help rest overused muscles, improve posture, support injuries to joints, ligaments, tendons or muscles, provide pain relief due to nerve damage, headaches, back pain, menstrual cramps and more. Kinesiotape can be worn while working out, swimming, showering, sleeping and can be worn for up to 5 days.
